Thanks for expressing an interest in my coaching. 

I like to keep things simple, so this overview has no fancy bells, just the info you need to make an informed decision about working with me.


Periodically I take on a few select people in my 1:1 online coaching programme to help them get strong and lean so that they feel fit and confident even whilst having little free time because of life, work and being a busy parent.

I give them a custom flexible, smarter eating plan and some awesome workouts made to suit them specifically, just like the ones I’ve used (still use) myself and that have transformed the physiques of so many past and present clients.

I work closely with them to hone in on the problems they are facing and together we create a long term, incredible transformation which completely redefines them both physically and mentally.


I’ve called this 1:1 programme ‘Fit For Life’ because that's our focus here. To give you a fitter, stronger body and a new strength for life with your family.


Most people who have trained in gyms for a few years are already doing a lot of the right things but could really further transform their physique, with the right adjustments.

We will be working on getting you more lean muscle and dropping body fat (if needed) which will make a real visible difference to your physique and confidence.  

You’ll get everything you need to make that happen and nothing that you don’t.

No diet hacks, no silly exercises, no fat burners, no cutting out the foods that you love.  The only thing you’ll need is a gym to train at and the foods you already like eating.

What we’ll work on:

We're going to solve the 3 problems that stop you from building a lean, fit physique.

  • Weekend waster

  • Poor results from training

  • Consistently inconsistent

First, let’s cover ‘Weekend Waster’ - Where your week day diet etc is ok but then at the weekend it all goes wrong, often resulting in no progression in your physique and minimal strength gains.

  1. We'll start with ‘On Plan Nutrition’ - You’ll get a simple, flexible eating plan with which you can pick the foods you like and build meals that fit your calories.  This is what you’ll be eating the majority of the time. Which will give you fuel for workouts, prevent crashes and help build muscle.

  1. Next, we’ll look at your ‘Off Plan Enjoyment’ - You need to enjoy time with your family. That’s not going to happen if you’re always trying to follow the perfect diet. it’s almost impossible to have a perfect diet 100% of the time. If you try to, it always results in failure, guilt and quitting the plan. 


Sustainability is better than optimal, because there is no such thing as optimal. Optimal wouldn't allow you to factor in those birthdays, holidays, weekend splurges and special occasions with zero guilt, whilst allowing you to actually reach your goals as quickly as possible.

The result? You’ll always be ‘in control’ of your nutrition get and a leaner, more aesthetic body while enjoying food you love - always.  This control will make smarter eating incredibly easy for you to maintain, guilt free.

The second problem we'll solve together is being ‘Stuck in a Rut’ with your training.


As a parent looking to build a stronger, leaner physique there’s two ways you can expend energy - In the gym and out of it.  We’re going to make sure you use your time wisely so that you maximise your potential inside and outside of the gym.

3. ‘Smart Sessions’. No more random workouts. We will make sure that your sessions are as productive as possible, whether you’re doing as little as 2 sessions per week or as many as 6, for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. They will be aimed towards your individual goals and based on the latest research and everything I’ve learnt over the last 2 decades.

These will be sent to you on a super easy to use app that has walkthrough videos of me talking you through each movement. This will eliminate all guess work so that you can be confident you're doing exactly what’s needed for the best results.

4. ‘Maximising Movement’ - Next we will help improve your physical fitness and increase your daily activity 

We will make sure that the rest of your day is spent wisely and is conducive to your goals.  

The majority of parents I work with are sedentary in their day jobs which means the gym is possibly the only way they expend energy. 

We will work on being more active outside of the gym as well as in. 

Increasing daily movement and including other physical activity where possible will ensure better results and faster.  

We will help you to find ways to be more energised in your daily life so that your body is primed for being active and you have more energy for your kids.  

We will also make sure you’re using the right supplements and vitamins that you need (if any) to keep your body working at it’s best.

By now, we will have you eating completely guilt free, enjoying life and working out around your lifestyle.

The 3rd and final problem is that, unless you’re a creature of habit, you aren’t doing these things consistently.  

I’m going to guess that, more often than not, you start a new diet or program with super motivation and somewhere along the line life’s friction gets in the way and slows you down to a crawl and finally, stop completely.  

Then it’s impossible to get started again and you’re often saying ‘I’ll start again on Monday’

We are going to set a plan that will deliver a stronger body and mind and then make sure you stick to it. I will guide you and support you all the way!


5. First we will Talk the Talk. We will discuss what you want to achieve, set a SMART goals plan so that it’s realistic, relevant and specific.

6. Then we will Walk the Walk by keeping track of your progress, addressing any pitfalls or problems and adjusting as necessary to keep you on target.

You’ll develop a ‘laser focus’ on what you want and how you’re going to do it.

This is how you get Fit For Life

Any one of these things can start moving you forward to see noticeable changes in a few weeks.  We are going to make sure you’re doing all 3.  There may be just one that you’re struggling with so if you get that right you’ll be changing your physique faster than you’ve ever seen before.

What kind of results can I expect?

Here are just a couple of examples of what people have achieved working with me.  Results will vary from person to person of course but this is what is achievable by following the Fit For Life methods.

Where and When?

We will have a short initial meeting to map out a plan for your transformation over the next 8 weeks

I’ll add you to a private Facebook group with me as your coach.  The group will enhance our 1:1 work, keep you motivated and be a supportive environment of people just like you.

I will be in there daily to support you for the next 8 weeks and on hand via Whatsapp for any immediate problems you need help with.

I’ll give you access to done-for-you workouts so you can start right away, the diet plan will follow a few days later as I build it for your unique calories and macros.

We will have a weekly review to assess what’s going well, what needs work and what you need me to help with to keep you moving forward.

How Does It Work:

I only want to work with people who are actively training in the gym (or willing to) and can pick up these workouts and run with them right away. 

I also want people who can pick up the smarter eating plan that tells you exactly how much of your favourite foods to eat and then go and eat them. But also be willing to drop everything and have fun off their diet occasionally. 

It’s that simple.

You don’t need to track your calories or other data, 

BUT, 

if you do, you’ll get better results.  

I know this because everyone you saw above did exactly that.  Tracking takes around 5 minutes a day tops.

This isn’t a ‘course’ where you need to watch endless videos.  I’ve prepared some bite sized ‘how to’ videos to help you when you get stuck, backed up by the weekly reviews, 1:1 support and a Facebook group.

If you get stuck there will be help for that time, you don’t need to hit the books to prepare.

How much time do I need? 

First, you’ll need to allocate around 5 minutes a week to send me a quick message about how you are getting on.  If we need a call or further discussion we will go from there.

Then, I recommend you allocate at least 2-4 days a week to train, with about 30-60 minutes for each workout.  This depends entirely on what fits your lifestyle.

We're going to be working closely together but it isn’t going to be drawn out.  8 weeks is short enough to keep you focussed but long enough to see noticeable results.

At the risk of droning on like a Crossfitter telling me about their latest WOD, I'm going to answer some other questions I'm sure you have below….

What’s The Investment? 

If you’ve been trying to get the body you want for a while then you’ll know EXACTLY how much of your time you’ve wasted on workouts and money you’ve splashed on supplements/diets.

I can’t get you that cash or time back but I can stop you wasting it many times over in the future.

Most of my clients have spent thousands of pounds and endless hours trying to transform their body over the years

With that in mind

The normal investment for the 8 week Fit For Life program is £399

This can be paid in one sum or over 2 payments of £210. 

It’s completely up to you.

Are there any requirements to join?

I’m not a man who says my stuff will work for everyone.  If that were the case, it would work for no-one.  You’ll get the best from Fit for Life if you can say yes to most of these conditions.

This program is specifically designed for people who:

  • Have at least a couple of years training experience in gyms so that you have a decent grasp of how to use gym equipment and free weights.

  • Have enough time in their week to do at least 3 workouts lasting 40-60 minutes in a gym.

  • Ideally can spend about 5 minutes a day tracking some basic data, such as body weight, steps and calories

  • Have a smart phone to download the app and use in the gym - I know most people have them but I do know some people who still have a Nokia 3210, because those things are more resilient than a cockroach!

Honestly, if you’ve said “no” to most of these then I’d much prefer that you didn’t join.  I don’t want to take people’s money when the program doesn’t fit what they need or can commit to right now.

What happens after the 8 weeks?

That entirely depends on you.  I’m not going to tell you that you’ll lose 30kg in 8 weeks, because you won’t.  Likewise, I won’t say you’ll gain 10kg of raw muscle in that time.

People that do extreme measures ALWAYS end up rebounding badly.  

If you finish the 8 weeks and decide you’ve got everything you need to continue by yourself then that is great news for me and I’ll happily bid you farewell because my job is complete, you’ve got what you wanted.
